The planning form starts a conversation. It does not reserve accommodation, confirm activities, take payment or create a booking. Lasting Travels normally responds to enquiries within 24 hours.
Review your individual proposal
Private travel arrangements depend on your dates, destinations, group and preferences. Before committing, ask for a written explanation of the itinerary, included and excluded services, accommodation, transport and total price in the agreed currency.
Confirm the conditions before paying
Payment schedules, deposits, cancellation charges, changes and refund conditions must be provided for your specific arrangements. This website does not publish a universal deposit percentage or cancellation schedule. Do not assume that an enquiry or a draft itinerary has secured a service.
